Blower motor in question

so PO records show ac refill every year. when i got the jeep (febuary) was cold. heater didnt work,
now thats it's warm out. tried the ac. doesn't work either.
doesn't work as in the main loud blower doesnt kick on i think.
i hear a little sissy fan behind the climate buttons but not at the psngr firewall.

i poked my blower motor. and to take it out to test it but the bolts r stripped i think. 7-8-9mm wouldnt fit them. neither standard sizes.

so... does it sound like its the blower motor?
how in the frick do I get it out now?

i need heat. aftr hypothermia in the army i cant get cold, hurts my body alot.
i would rip out the ac but got a baby coming in less than a month

I believe it's 3 8mm bolts. If you can't get the bolts out, enlarge the holes with a long small drill bit. This is how I got one from the JY that had body damage. Your just drilling into plastic.

the bolts are plastic? the the surrounding part? they look sunk in n hard to reach with a wrench

the surrounding part. You can make the holes bigger, get the motor out, then work on the bolts easier.
