Howdy! You should check out RockAuto.com. They have great prices and probably have just what you're looking for. I hope that helps ya.

First of all welcome to Xj talk! A couple questions first! What do want to do with it? Is is going to be a daily driver? Is it going to be an off road jeep or a little of both? A descent upgrade that is cheap is the 99+ manifold. They are known to have better air flow and they give you a 10 - 15 hp gain.

Well if your going to upgrade the intake you have to upgrade the exhaust to right!

Yep I'm trying to put a decent off road rig together its already has a lift and 33s, I want power and so the 99 manifold is the way to go? I'm looking to add around 50 hp but try to do it under 600. I'm trying to upload a pic of it but can't on my phone.

You will have trouble gaining 50 hp with that kind of money. The 99-00 intake will get you about 10% and that is your best investment. Not a lot of speed parts for the 4.0
    230 hp 4.3L Chevy
    Built 4L60E with manual lockout
    Atlas 4 speed
    Griffin radiator
    On board air
    Warn 9.5ti on custom bumper
7.5" RE front and bastard pack rear on custom long arms
    30 gal gas tank
    lockers
And a bunch of other stuff

I put a 99 intake on my new 4.0L. Got it from ebay for 100.
Down pipe, catalytic converter and muffler I got from Amazon.
The only part of the exhaust I haven't changed is from the back of the muffler out.

The stock exhaust is 2.25" so i would step up to 2.5" for a small boost. And if the '99+ intake works, its a great mod (hope to do it myself). Not sure that it would though since yours has the older throttle body, so you would need to use the newer one and i don't know enough about converting the electronics on it to have the info for you. But if it does pair that with a bored throttle body, bigger injectors, and an intake tube you should see a noticeable difference.

I picked up a FM40 series 2.5" cat back from Rusty's off road for my 98, and loved the sound and ease of install.. I also picked up a direct replacement cat from Auto Zone, and it was a quick install and would have been even easier if I had done it at the time of the exhaust install.. Keep your eyes open at local PNP's and local Jeep forums for a 99+ IM, I ended up picking one up for pretty cheap with a spare TB off of my local Jeep club forum..
