Brown Dog engine mount brackets

I can't seem to find this answer...Will Factory OEM rubber motor mounts work with the Brown Dog mount brackets? or will only Brown Dog mounts work?

I think the Brown Dog raises the motor an 1". I think they work in conjunction with each other. But honestly, the fastest way to find out. Is to contact them. I went with Iron Man motor mounts and they are fantastic. Been rolling on em now for about 3 years. PITA to install. But a killer product.

I know they have "standard" and "lift" mounts, I think they might work with OEM mounts because they also sell just the mounts without the brackets so I guess that would mean they would work with the OEM brackets...just wanted to confirm before I buy em cuz they are expensive...but I think it might be the best way to go since one of the bolts broke in the block and as of right now...there are only 2 holding it on. You mentioned Iron Man is that a complete kit? what do they cost?

At the time I bought mine. Iron Man was just the motor mounts. But honestly. If you're going through all that trouble to replace the block mounts. Do the entire thing. You'll be broke for a moment. But you wont be disappointed, I promise you that.
If your rig is stock and you have no ambition to lift and wheel hard. You'll never have to worry about motor mounts again. If you do wheel. You'll be even more happy you did the entire job.

Well, the stock brackets will work with their mounts so just assuming they would. But shoot them an email to be sure. Either Brown Dog or Ironman will give you a bulletproof product. I do prefer Ironman, although i've never seen a Brown Dog product in person. I can tell you Ironman Andy will give you a quick answer, you just have to call him. The numbers on his website. The brackets aren't listed on his the last time i checked, so you have to call about them anyway.
