    Default Control Arm Length Chart

Here is a chart to help you figure what length your arms need to be at certain heights. Control arms lengths are important for castor and location of axle in the wheel wells. At 3", you will be ok with stock arms, just expect the axle to move back toward the cab a little and some minor bumpsteer.

That is the exact reason we recommended his products.. Cause they are far from that cheap junk that you'll twist, bend or break enjoying your Jeep as it should be enjoyed!!

I was just looking at this yesterday, so it might be helpful to any of you that either have RC drop brackets, or any that were going to be getting them.

This kit is an add on kit—it will not lift your vehicle without additional product. This kit is used to lower the upper and lower control arms. Lowering the arms mounting point reduces control arms angle and substantially improves ride quality and handling. This kit can be used with stock lower control arms and with stock upper control arms at 4.5” of lift. For additional lift longer adjustable control arms are needed. To determine length to adjust arms use chart below.

The object of drop brackets is to be able to run stock length arms. So you would adjust them to stock length and call it good

Not sure what you mean by same length. The decimal equivalents of the fractions are not the same as the lowers.

So at 5 inches the decimal is the same as the fraction... so both upper and lower control arms should be set at 16 5/8
