I said that once. Came down off Signal Peak trail with a doughnut spare. That fake tire lasted about 15' before going flat. Good thing I was going downhill. Could have been a permanent trail attraction

Interior is almost stripped, thinking of bringing mort into this century with an Apple CarPlay deck, never had music in Mort!!!

And I have a ton of wiring clean up to do!

My drivers upper door hinge looks pretty good but I might reinforce that while I have everything apart.

And might have to modify where my third link hits the floor when flexing!

I hear ya Dana. I have been looking into updating mine too. Here is something I have been looking at.

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071GYBRT7...=2SQXMUXKVSD7D

The screen on this is not fixed. It moves up and down to accommodate other stuff. I thought that if you move the AC controls up and radio mount down this would work nicely. Then with something like an iphone you could play any music you want

First line in its description ďthis item does not ship to Canada ď

I was thinking CarPlay because then my gps, phone, and apps now work with the deck, and I am an Apple user!

Well got most of the wiring out!

I donít think I went over board do you?

    Amazingly mort still runs!

Ok first the good news, doors will fit!

Bad news is the internal skin and workings is completely different!

Looks like I am going to have to cut the inner skin off and swap over, hope I can make the
Power windows work, the old mirrors will fit,
But I was kind of hoping to go with newer mirrors, they are not power, but I might be able to swap the power module over.

Also been playing with the idea of ditching the rear windows and drenching in my rotopacs.
