Aprils NOR CAL Meet and Greet

7 is early enough for me. I've played the 5-6 am game and there really is no difference in not catching fish at 5 and not catching fish at 8. I've never had any luck shore fishing and its certainly not from a lack of effort!
The backside doesnt open until next weekend, I'll be there then too(Thats when I'll be there at 5am), opening day for boats is always a good time. Rumor has it that they didn't stock this year because of a diverted load of eagle lake trout a month or 2 ago. How true it is, I dont know. Either way there are a ton of fish in that lake if you have a boat.

well i just spread the good word about our meet to a guy downtown that i just happened to park next to with a big red 96 xj with a 14 bolt rear and 44 front looks like a nice rig if he isn't busy he said hell try to make it up there is also a kid a couple doors down from me with an xj re 5.5 lift im also gonna spread the good word to also he said his dad is a smog tech at payless 4x4

Unfortunitly that white XJ is sufering from a severe rod knock, but I have it on good authority that it will be rebuilt !!! and yes his dad is a smog here I've know him since he was... lets not go there lol lol Anyway thanks for passing the word !!

yeah he said he got a hell of a deal on it so i even with a rebuild its still a killer deal its a nice xj

hangin out eatin pizza and talkin xj with steve was fun last time i hope we have a better turnout this time especially if we make a lil night run afterwards

Unfortunately I will have to miss this one. My son just called and we will be going to SoCal to pick up a Mighty Mite for him. HUM WEE will have a partner. Perhaps we will name it HUM WEE Jr.

Okay so I am planning on coming up from Chico for tomorrows meet. But was wondering who is really going to be showing up? If only a couple people are showing up maybe another date?

I think Rysam and Payless will be there for sure. Rysam will bring another friend or two off NAXJA forum. But we can reschedule if we need to. This thing with my son is a last minute thing that we need to do if he is going to get that Mighty Mite.
