Anyone here ever changed out the o-rings in this adapter? I've got the T-60 Torx bit, but still need to get the o-ring kit.

Should I leave to filter on so I have something to hold onto when I break the bolt loose? I've read that there is a small metal tube in there somewhere that will break in two if you allow the adapter to rotate when unscrewing the bolt. Is this true?

I've also seen the kit you can buy most places only has the larger o-ring, but there are two smaller one's in there too. I assume you should replace all three?

I've got to get after this. I replaced the valve cover gasket and fixed THAT leak, but the adapter is leaking pretty bad too. I'm tired of the spots on the drive and on the garage floor!
