After the steering is figured out, then I need to fix my aux fan and replace my clutch fan while I'm at it. Then I'll be ready to dirty it up.

Finally got the passenger uca on, got everything torqued to spec and straightened the wheel. It drives a lot better.

Yesterday was a sad day...... We started the disassembly of Brents "Forest"

We got the axles and suspension out, and i stole his window switches and a few other bits and pieces.

Got an alignment. Not sure what this all means but it drives pretty damn well.

Again not for my Jeep (well sort of)...

Ordered up new water pump/gasket, T-stat/gasket, both radiator hoses, crankcase vent breather w/ grommet for my GF's LJ, and ordered a new vapor canister purge valve/solenoid (because I keep getting a random code for that..usaully only after the Jeep has had time to really warm up)..

Pulled out my fried starter. Will warranty it out today and try to start the Jeep. Easiest way to tell if it has water in the cylinders

Hes working on getting his LS swapped Xj up and going, and due to time, storage, and the fact that he kept breaking this one, it was time for it to get retired. His new one is going to be an absolute beast though

Heres the build thread on his new one in case you missed it

Yeah I saw that thread... Wish I had the IRO connections like that... lol... Guess I didn't connect this Jeep to being the same owner... Makes sense for retiring that one... Wish I could find someone building a new rig, that I could snag some 1 tons from their old rig.. I'd gladly store those axles under my Jeep for em... lol

Started making a box out of old scrap plywood. It's bowed pretty bad so nothing is really square or flush but oh well. I'm going to fill that big center line, sand and paint everything so it's nice and pretty. Then I'm going to make a removable bed for the dogs that will go on top. I think I should have made it an inch or so taller but oh well.

Continue to try and figure out why my horns don't work... other than being full of mud/water.. trying to figure out why there seems to be no power @ the horns, even though I can hear the relay clicking.. so I would think there should be power @ the horn end of the wiring, unless there is a break in the wiring between the relay and the horns... but not for sure where the wiring for them runs..

Have you tested for power at the horn? If you don't have a test light, The horn grounds through the bracket so run a jumper wire from the battery and see if it works.
