    True, true! I've still got the cash on my kitchen counter. Probably be at least January though. I want to make sure Matt is done with what he wants to do on his Jeep, plus my weekends are probably gonna be slightly busy this month.

    Drove it to work...
    My driveshaft decided it doesnt like the 6" lift very much on the way home.
    Weird that it waited 80 miles before it complained.

    See thread --------> http://www.xjtalk.com/showthread.php?t=12795

    Short version.
    Checked fluids, drove to get inspection, overheated, got car hauler, loaded it up, strapped it down, tugged it down here, unloaded it, found leaking hose/radiator. SLEEP! Woke up late... and sick.

    Saturday - Cleaned up a nice spot to park it. Had to move a big chunk of rusted metal, a truck.

    Sunday - Started removing the radiator but that didn't go smoothly. Couldn't get the drain plug out so i just went for the lower hose instead. And the most irritating part, one of the radiator crossmember bolts decided it liked its home and wanted to stay there. It would just spin, so out came the grinder. Once i got the head melted away and got the crossmember off i saw the problem. Apparently the bolts threads were stripped in there and wouldn't go either way. So, now out came the punch. Was planning on just punching out the rest of the bolt, since i figured the threads were obviously not holding anyway. Nope. Took the whole nutsert thing with it. So now...

    Anybody know how to replace this?

    Yep, the jeeps back.

    If that radiator job is anything to go by ... It seems we might be seeing quite of a bit of your posting ..

    X2 with 4.3LXJ ... going to need to tack a replacement in there ... altho a locknut on a new bolt might work for a while if theres enough room under that support panel.
    I hate watching simplicity and reliability being ruined by bureaucracy and technology.
