Finally fixed my rear door latch! And took it to Barnwell... did well, thinking about a few more inches of lift. Drug it over everything.

My old stock radiator leaked few points, around filler neck, around radiator input and output.
Decided to upgrade radiator, good aluminum ones are crazy expensive, affordable ones are mostly having negative reviews.
After some googling, ordered Spectra Premium CU1193 Complete Radiator with 16lbs Stant 10230 Radiator Cap.






They arrived and installation is straight forward. After filling with coolant, it seems volume is lower than stock one, but after few days it almost emptied overflow bottle, needs adding some more coolant.

A/C radiator and hoses were removed, because it lost refrigerant within weeks after filling and now also finding R12 is very difficult nowadays.

Result:
1. got a some space in front of radiator and
2. no air blockage, means better cooling
3. installed temperature probe sensor (capillary tube?) of thermal fan switch installed through radiator, between radiator fins, near to upper hose, fan starts and go off nicely
4. thought about onboard air compressor conversion

Hey Od, good to hear from you. Better save your receipt on that radiator. I put in a Spectra Premium all aluminum radiator in my Ford. It now leaks where the core meets the tanks. Apparently not welded, but epoxied together. Mine had a year warranty

Recently ordered LED headlights (BICYACO DOT 110W 5x7 Inch Led Headlights) and Bilstein 5100 set from Amazon. They are arrived and installed.

LEDs are bright and having very nice cut off line.







Friend suggested Bilstein, on his trucks they are not freezing during winter, it is very good for me.
Bilstein seems bit stiff, some other reviews said same. It may be from tire pressure. I am rolling my 33x10.50R15 BFG KM2 at 30psi, thinking about 20psi.

not today but recently, Ordered an Android stereo from Aliexpress. 9", 1 DIN, Android 9.1, Car Radio Multimedia Player, 2G+32G, GPS, Navigation, WiFi, Bluetooth, Mirror Link, Reverse Camera, 1024 x 600 etc


Mounted in stock stereo location, but need to drill new mounting hole on frame to move outward 1.5 cm, for correct display position, otherwise it will not stand vertical.



Rear view camera wire routed above driver side doors, behind plastic panels. Reverse camera mounted on roof rack, but it is not perfect location according to image. Will relocate above license plate. Made a plastic supporting bracket to reduce display vibration while driving bumpy roads, used a double sided tape



Connected everything and downloaded some apps and videos. Installed and configured following apps
- FCC Car Launcher
- MAPS.ME
- Black Player
- Volume Control

Sometimes front windshield washer motor is not working and wiggling the wires helps. Checked all wires carefully, they are all normal. Suspecting module itself and decided to open and check. Drilled out 4 rivets and opened it.
Yeah, reason was there, solder of leftmost contact is cracked, the pin can move freely up and down.

re-soldered all contacts and good to go.

Very nice Od. Mine has to get warmed up. Start on minimum delay and work down. By the end of winter it works normally. I did run across a General Motors delay that fits and is more heavy duty. Has a heat sink too. The only difference is that the washer circuit doesn't go through it. But you can wire around it with one wire
