Actually he has. One thing you can say about him, he doesn't play partisan politics. And he has made the rest of them toe the line.

I would vote for him. Another CA actor who turned out to be a good politician. One thing is that he wouldn't sign a budget until it was balanced. That is why it took so long for them to come up with one.
