Default Repair ideas, for leaf spring comming through floor

I could really use some pics or info on what to do next, my rear leaf springs are coming through the floor. I saw some older threads on this but no repair info

how bad is rust back there? I'd start by plating the frame-like metal. then incorporate the shackle hangers from there. take off bumper to get a better idea of how bad it is.

rear frame stiffeners might help but you're going to need to add some steel. solid rear bumper would help tie things together.

grab a hammer and gently feel out how much rust damage you have. May not be worth dumping a bunch of time and money into
