Rislone additive?

Hi everybody I just changed my oil today and used Mobil 1 high mileage with 3x
concentrate rislone then my motor started making a sound! Has anybody else have this experience? The last time I changed my oil I used Mobil 1 high mileage and a zinc additive from Napa and there was no problem. My question is do you think that the rislone 3x is too high of a zinc additive? I think I'm going to change my oil and go Back to the Napa additives. Any thoughts out there from the Jeep universe would be appreciated thanks.

I wish I could help, I've never even heard of Rislone.

I do know that the Mobil 1 High Mileage already has one of the highest ZDDP contents of any full synthetic on the market right now, I think about double normal Mobil 1 ZDDP concentration if I remember correctly.

Rislone was around before STP. But I have never used it so I can't say yes or no. What are you looking for in an oil additive?
