    Default Ladee Flats. Estacada Oregon

Had a great day in Peanut butter thick to watery, soupy mud. Logs, rocks and a little carnage to the lone Toyota in our group.

I bypassed a good majority of the rock piles, but did run a good share of the hill climbs and Bathtubs. I got hung up once near the end of the 800 trail between a couple rocks and a tree. My lack of lockers became readily apparent.

Dave, one of the group members spotted me, gave some instructions and taught me how to do the "Moab Bump". After a little backing and a better line, I had her done! I popped two cherries today. The Jeep build and my Rock Hopping cherry. Needless to say, I'm quite thoroughly hooked now! I avoided body damage, which was my ultimate goal. I learned a lot about my vehicle and myself. I'm hangry for moar!

    The first extreme rated obstacle:
    Don Running the rock pile.

I bypassed this one. A little too far outside my comfort zone and vehicle capability.

Instead of posting each individually.... I'll post up the entire album link.

That looks like fun. I have wheeled lots of places in OR but not that one. I have been to Goat Mountain south of there. Always lots of mud there, unless you are down to bedrock

I had a ton of fun. Still need to go outside and give the warrior her look over and inspect for damage. She drove home just fine, so I don't suspect much.

I rubbed the frame rails a little and bounced off a couple things, but a quick inspection at the trail head didn't reveal anything major.

Crystal Crowder on the rocks. She's the former president of Pistons Wild Motorsports and by far an extremely active member on all forms of OHV advocacy.
