Just wondering what you named your Jeep, and why?

Named mine Tiny, 4.5" lift with 33's but around all the mall crawling JK's he looks tiny.

Named after death's mechanical horse in "the incarnations of immortality"
Also kind of a pun on the flexibility and stiffness of the XJ.


Having 4WD means getting stuck in more inaccessible places!

My wife calls it EL-JEEP-O. I really don't know why but it stuck

Mine is called Jeep Cherokee............
If I had a wrangler I might name it.

I've been through flurry of different names for it. Gi-Ga-Ge (Red in Cherokee), Reep, Red Bandit and currently Merida.

Stormy. Because it's ridden out three hurricanes since I've owned it. The first one, hurricane Rita, almost took it from me. Came back to find the storage building it was parked in partially collapsed two stalls down from mine.

I circled where it was parked



It's stall. Very surprised it only had minor damage.

Yeti - Cause it's white, and when I first got it couldn't think of a good name for her, although some very creative names flew out of my mouth quite a few times while working on her, fixing the issues the PO, had left me without telling me about them.. But came up with Yeti, cause when I took her through inspection after first getting her, she overheated a bit, and then I deployed out, and when I got back and had a chance to get her to inspection again, we had a freak snow storm, that was not at all forecasted or expected.. anyways... she handled the snow like a champ, and the cooler weather and snow helped keep her cooler and got through inspection..

Mine started out as the frog 2.0. Before I had the XJ I had a Samurai that you had to be a little crazy to drive down the highway. It was painted Kawasaki green…dubbed the crazy frog by some friends (my god father used race at bonneville in cars called thunder then an animal. He retired on a Citroen painted up as a frog called thunder frog. My wife renamed my XJ the ninja turtle and it has since stuck.

It was given the name Wagon Master. Something about successfully leading 75-100 Jeeps through the back country.

We call mine Man Jeep. The wife has a WJ with a 2" budget boost but it's still little. Whenever we are going anywhere she asks, "are we taking Man Jeep or Mom Jeep." Pretty simple answer there. It just doesn't feel right sitting down into a Jeep..
