Stalling issues

i use my xj in the river and if i get i water over the hood it will stall out and die but as soon as i get it pulled out of the water it will start right up how can i fix this stalling problem.

Is your air intake above the waterline, is the distributor sealed?

yes i have sealed my distributor and i have a snorkol.thats why i dont get it

Seriously though, he is the water guy here. The only thing I can think of is you are getting your connections to the PCM wet and it cannot work then

He is usually on here every evening. He lives in New Zealand, 8 hours difference in time zones. But you can also find his name in the members list.
