    Default 2" lift

What is the best way to install 2" poly coil spacers in my 97 xj ? Preferably without using spring compressor

I don't like using a spring compressor either. Basically, support the vehicle with some good car stands just behind where the lower link attaches on the frame. You can do this without lifting the vehicle up very high. Then remove the front tires and let the axle drop. Take the upper shock mount loose. You should put a longer shock on anyway. Remove the lower and upper link bolts and track bar bolt. Just let the axle drop far enough to remove the spring and then slip the spring out and then put it all back together. You will find that one of the link bolts will not line up, (factory thing). Use a ratchet strap to pull the axle one way or another to line it up. Then you are good to go. I would suggest a 2" longer shock off a TJ so you don't pull your shock apart
