So what torque do I tighten these bolts down to? Valve cover bolts.

From what I've read 85in pounds which is 7ft pounds. Basicly just good and snug

Well a bit of oil seems to leak out the back end a bit and I would like to tighten it down better.

If they are snug, it might be time for a new valve cover gasket. Fairly cheap and easy to replace.
