Tapatalk is free now?

I got the tapatalk app when it was the free app of the day on the Amazon app market, but I went to update it and it said that it was a free app now anyways. So I got to upgrade to the latest version.

So, for those of you that are like me and refuse to buy apps and you've been wanting tapatalk... go get it!

Shortly after I paid for it they made it free. Then started charging for a ad free version.

They go in cycles, start with a paid app with no ads, then they release a new version that is also paid with no ads but make the previous version free and add ads to it pissing off everyone that paid for it that now has ads.

Pretty much. Hence another reason I don't like paying for apps lol. Plus, even tons of paid apps have permissions that take too many liberties

I bought it like a year or two ago for 3 and use it everyday so not a bad deal. Although since i heard about the ads on the app I haven't updated it so i'm still ad free. I have only bought two apps ever, this being one of them (monopoly was the other ).

If an apps doing what its supposed to do, I'll pay for it. That should include upgrades as well... although I don't recall paying for tapatalk at all...

I just downloaded it on android and it was free.Usually only was i can see pics people post is on tapatalk
