Default Elephant Hill trail, in Canyonlands N.P. part 1

We took another little trip in the jeep, this time down to the Needles district of Canyonlands National Park. I wanted to go on the Elephant Hill trail again, it has been quite a few years now since I have done this.
And surprisingly my wife agreed to come along. So we got a late start and didn't arrive till about 1:30 pm. Too late to get a campsite in the park, but just outside the park is the Needles Outpost, a c-store and gas station with campsites.
So after setting up camp, we drove out to the Colorado River Overlook, which was pretty nice.
The next morning after filling up at the Outpost, we went to this old cowboy camp in the park. They just camped out in alcoves and under overhanging rock. This place is called Cave Springs, you can see the water seeping out of the rock, and the hanging fern garden.
So after leaving the cowboy camp, we passed Wooden Shoe Arch, and on to Elephant Hill. The rangers there say that this is one of the toughest 4 wheel drive trails in Utah, it's not.
But the drive up E-Hill is pretty scenic though. After you peak out, and come down the other side on switchbacks, one of the switchbacks is so tight that you have to pull up and back down to the next switchback, no room to turn on that one.
