Default Setting fuel sync w/ MT2500

I'll start off by saying I am a serious noob. I new to XJTalk, to the Jeep world, and to using the MT2500. I'm sure this has been covered, but I'm new and can't find it anywhere. I did an engine swap on my 2001 Cherokee Limited 4.0 L6 about a month ago. Long story short I am struggling to set the fuel sync. I bought a Snap-on MT2500 to do it myself. I have the -2001 domestic primary cartridge, -2001 ABS, -99 Troubleshoot. I'm using the personality key 13. I can connect, see all of the sensor data, read/clear codes, adjust idle speed, and other good stuff, but fuel sync is not an option. From what I have read it should be on the system test page, but it is not. I only have the purge test, fuel pressure, misfire counter, injector shutoff, and it seems like there is something I'm forgetting, but not fuel sync. Can anyone more experienced than me lend some helpful advice? I've read about using Personality key 13A instead, but not sure if that's safe since the PC calls for 13 (and I don't have 13A).

Wow Tim, that is out of my league. Just buying Snap On diagnostic tools is really expensive. Is there a reason you want to do this?

I needed to have it set after doing the swap and my airbag light, as well as the airbag light on my wife's PT Cruizer's where on, so figured it was worth the investment. I wouldn't worry about it so much but I am running very rich and missing on cylinder 6 quite often. I've read how to do it, but for some reason it's not working out how the books say.

I replaced the temperature sensor with the swap, along with the cam and crank sensors, and Bank 2 downstream O2. All 4 O2s are readying very high.

Yes. I just need to get the cam synced back up. I've eyeballed it, but its just not quite right. When I hook up the scanner it communicates fines, but doesn't give me the fuel sync option.

I ordered a K-13a personality key today. Should be in within a week. I'll post when I give it a try.

Well I got my K-13a personality key in yesterday. Hooked it up and no change. Set Sync is not an option. I am at a loss. I've read the manual and it says the option would be present if applicable, but it is not and it is applicable. I eyeballed my cam sensor when I installed it. I know it's not right but cant figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Tell me what you mean by not right. I have a FSM for the 01 engine in a WJ. I might be able to do some checking but I need to have more details

In general it is running real rich. All the O2 sensors are reading rich, MPG is crap. Misfires spike if I get on it (like pulling out on highway).
