Interesting. I don't think most people would have noticed, but I tend to focus on the little things as well.
Getting re-started again...
This is a little-thing... But a lot of detail... And a bit boring too...The corners/tips of the lift-hatch were broken-off. Could have just hid them behind the woodgrain-trim... But the broken-tips would still be visible from the underside. Will later fit them to my lift-hatch.

Nice fix
230 hp 4.3L Chevy
Built 4L60E with manual lockout
Atlas 4 speed
Griffin radiator
On board air
Warn 9.5ti on custom bumper
7.5" RE front and bastard pack rear on custom long arms
30 gal gas tank
lockers
And a bunch of other stuff
Wanted to extend the roof-rack end-caps:
1) Original end-cap
2) Prototype - Bondo/spray-primer
3) 3D of Prototype (UPS store)
4) 3D sanded and Covered with chrome Vacucoat (https://www.researchgiant.com/metall...ship-mi-48035/)
5) Doorhandle gasket
6) Doorhandle gasket trimmed to fit under end-cap extension
The take-a-way is Vacucoat is just as shiny as chrome, but at a fraction of the cost of re-chroming.
