    Default MAP sensor tube clogged?

Today I cleaned out my throttle body. I removed the MAP sensor as to not fill it up with TB cleaner. When I tried to clean the little rubber elbow on the MAP I noticed it was clogged with what looked liked a rubber flap. I could blow through the tube on way but not the other way. Is that normal? I picked it out and it seems to run fine.
