Default How much torque for control arm?

I'm getting ready to replace the bushings in my control arms. (upper and lower) My hayes manual does not have torque settings listed.
A quick search came up with very inconstant results one site said 55lbs another said 100 lbs. Anyone have a clue? or am I being anal about something that really don't matter too much.

Stock control arms. with moog bushings.

50 - 75# would be plenty. Remember how much goes on head bolts. You can strip stuff with too much torque

Here ya go ... You might want to scribble these on the back page of that Haynes manual.

    Factory Specs:

    Suspension Arm Upper
    Front Nut . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 74 N·m (55 ft. lbs.)
    Rear Nut . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 89 N·m (66 ft. lbs.)
    Suspension Arm Lower
    Front Nut . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 115 N·m (85 ft. lbs.)
    Rear Nut . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 115 N·m (85 ft. lbs.)

Dont forget to have it on the ground when you tighten it all up.

I hate watching simplicity and reliability being ruined by bureaucracy and technology.
