    Exclamation Headlight/Taillight issue.

Sorry if this is redundant, but I would was unable to find a thread specific to my problem.

My low beams went out, but my high beams still worked. So I replaced the headlight switch. Headlights work wonderfully. However, now I don't have any side markers or tail lights.

I have checked fuses and they look good. Is there something I am forgetting?

Also, I think if I can't figure this out I may splice the positive wire (on the sidemarker.) and connect it directly to my battery. Is this wise? Is it possible?

Possible but not wise. Check your plugs on the new switch and also check to make sure you have the right switch. It switches tail lights and interior lights separately.

So, I did some digging around, I found the wiring harness itself is bad. Tomorrow i will be fixing that, I am not excited. I figure I will remove the drivers seat and kick back, because I think it will take awhile.
