    Default Aftermarket Distributor?

Does anyone have any experience with an aftermarket distributor? I gave my last one away to a friend who is building an MJ and just realized I need one for my build.

I would like to find a high performance model, or possibly swap a newer coil pack model onto my stroker if that's possible. I have done some serching but have not found any information on one.

    Any ideas???

Then I am fresh out of ideas. For as many 4.0s on the road, I am amazed at the lack of speed parts

Agreed, but i guess technically there really is nothing wrong with the stock dist, its not points or anything. still would like to know if its possible to swap the coil packs in though.

I suppose now that I think about it, if you swapped in something like that it would cause havoc with the ECM. You can always use a stocker with a hotter coil, real hot coil.
