Pneumatic drill 3/8 chuck

I picked up a brand new pneumatic drill and it doesn't do what I need it to. So I just want to sale it since I'm broke so I can afford the one I need. I used it for less than 5 minutes only to figure out it wont reach. I paid 100 + tax. I'll ship it for 100 box and all.
It is a Jet. Model number JSM 710.

If I didn't already have an older version of this same Jet straight drill.. I'd pick it up in a heartbeat.. I know I've used the one I've gotten quite a few times and it works like a champ on anything I've used it on so far... Some one will def be getting a good deal on this one!!
