I'm not familiar with your area. Last time down was to pick up a vehicle to haul back. In and out so I'm nit sure. But if you find out who builds race engines, you cannot go wrong there

Can you swap it. Yes. Should you, no. You live here in Cali too, and you will not pass emissions with the earlier head. It would be nice if you could because you would pick up some horsepower...
