I just picked up a junkyard front shaft, by the part number/length its a 89-01 4.0 auto one to use with the IRO hack and tap I'm about to install.
Unfortunately, its missing the grease zerk on...

Also, as another thought, 30" tires might not be too bad if the springs sag back down to the advertised ~2" over time.
Sadly, I already bought 30x9.5 Falken ATs for it, probably could have went with 31's, abet with rubbing on turns. Oh well. Are there any other modifications I need to do at a ~3" lift that I ignored...
20" front, 20.5" rear. I think I got way more lift than advertised out of the Crown HD "Up Country equivalent" springs. Hack and tap time?
I just bought a set of spicer replacements for the two rear u-joints from Amazon for ~$40, I'll have them Friday and try to get them on this weekend. That seems like a next logical step to take.

I didn't notice any wiggle last night, but I'll check it again after work and try to measure angles.
Any chance the marginal u-joit theory might be true and they're just acting up now since...

That's what the output shaft looks like. I'm also wondering if I have more lift than I think I do. My stock springs were shot, so it looks WAY higher, but maybe its over 2" in the back?
I just put a roughly 2" lift on my '99 Cherokee Sport, using 4886186AA springs in the rear, and Moog CC782 coils + 3/4" spacers in the front.
Unfortunately, I now have massive vibrations ~35mph...
