There is a free piece of software widely used on the Internet called WordPress. WordPress doesn't restrict or limit login attempts. You can blacklist IP addresses, but that is time consuming. I...

Yep I use randomly generated passwords on all my accounts now. Different for each site I use. I use passwords that are greater than 12 characters, but I don't go as high as 25.
