Oh ok, sounds like it should be fairly easy, but I know when it comes to electrical... that's not the case at all!!
Yeah I can imagine... Having to tie the WJ engine harness with the TJ body harness... you guys going to do all the wiring outside the Jeep then install it??
I know it sucks when you are working on a build, and stuff comes up to slow down the progress... But I know you'll overcome it, and achieve the final goal...

That is kind of what I figured the plan was, but couldn't remember if I had seen that earlier in the thread or not...
Looks like there will be plenty of room for the radiator.. Are you going with an E-fan setup for cooling, or reinstalling a clutch type fan??
Oh yeah... I forgot you lived in the communist state of CA... lol.... I'm sure that the other two would still keep it from passing emissions... but they do visual inspection too don't they?!!
Looking like things are coming along nicely with the fabrication and such... Do you really need the third cat with having the other two previously in the exhaust??
Nice placement for sure, and hope it never goes bad, and needs a replacement once the engine is in...
