I have seen it. I have never had any trouble with that on my atlas. It uses the same stuff as our 231 cases. I have a 38 tooth gear I have had in mine. Not sure why this 39 tooth gear should hang...

Yeah, I have to ask that too. I have not only installed it when it was new, but removed and reinstalled it when I took the synchros and detents out. Do you have the right style gear?
