Yeah it does seem pretty easy and minor modification needed to complete the swap... Not to mention the added benefit would be worth it..

Here you can see with the one bolt holding it to the bracket that the case is a bit bigger then the stock 90 amp.

You can do the 97-98 Grand Cherokee 4.0 120 amp alt or I believe there is one that is a 136 amp that is from the V8 GC... either way they both require you to do a bit of trimming to your factory...
