    Reading that link I remembered I installed a 3 Core Radiater a couple years back. It defanetly helped the temp. Thats not by chance something you have tried is it?

    That is the beauty of Autozones rental program. Basically buy the item, then return it. That's what I do.

    Can always make one out of 2" conduate as I did, then weld it to some 1/4 inch pieces of scrap metal, and bolt it to the stock roof rack locations as I did. :)

    I personally don't have any examples I never have a camera when I am working with the stuff. Basically you would make it look somewhat what you want it to, with wood, cardboard, metal, plastic, etc....

    Wouldn't that be using resin and fiberglass. Its not that hard to do. Or just make one out of metal. 18gage usually works pretty well, then bondo and paint. looks like it was ment to be there. ;)
