I have seen balancers come loose before,just not on a Jeep

I think it's a 23 spline,but I'm not sure.

I just got a 23 spline 231j trans case that I plan on changing the input shaft into a 242j for my jeep,hopefully it will all fit.

I worked on a F150,5 speed and they run a plastic bushing on the plunger rod on the pedal.The bushing was worn rather badly,so I changed it and it helped quite a bit.HTH
