I had a 92 Toyota pickup 22re motor 5 speed trans 33"x12.5" on stock gears and it got great mpg's.

I get 15-16 mpg average regardless of highway or city. Where I'm at there's lot's of uphill grades that go on for as long as the eye can see.

I run 30's and get around pretty good on them.
