I love it, unless it's the cause of my heat creep. After hearing from donth8(sp?) that has the same set up just 35" tires and the same heat creep issue I don't think it's the gearing. Specfically...

It's been generally accepted that a Dana 35 is an explosion waiting to happen. That a C8.25 (at least the later ones) have about the same strength of a Dana 44.
