Aha, just as I suspected. You have a broken center pin in the leaf springs. Not the end of the world. A $2 part at most parts stores. Make sure it is a real center bolt, don't try to make one by...

Thanks for the pics. I don't see any 15° there. Are the wheels still in the same position in the wheel well on both sides? Show me those pics from the side

Are you talking about tires or pinion angle?
