I don't know. Mudderoy lost a cam with that kind of milage
One other thing you need to check. How much does the pushrod rise in relation to the others. In other words, make sure you don't have a flat lobe on the cam
I don't know, there are several reasons a valve can get stuck. Intake or exhaust?
You can try starting it and looking at it and see if the lifters pump up. They can wear a little and get pumped down.
That is a loose rocker arm. Make sure it is tightened down
Lifters don't freeze, they just collapse and the valve doesn't lift up as high. But they still run. First thing to do is let it idle at night and see if any of the wires have sparks going off them....

You can run a tank of premium in it. We had a 98 TJ that would misfire on #6 with regular, but not on premium
