I have had no issues with my Yukon Zip Lockers.

When I had a similar issue, it was the the ignition switch. Contact looked discolored so I replaced it. That solved my problem.

I don't think it has been rewired. Looks like it is time to tear into the steering column!

So it looks like I'm running a fuel regulator and injectors at 39psi/21.0lb/hr. The new intake setup should be running 49psi/22.5lb/hr.

I recently swapped the intake manifold on my 93. I installed a newer design from a 2000. I also upgraded the injectors with a set of 0280155703 injectors.

Before the swap the temp never went over...

I used the 2 passenger side e-brake cable from a 1995 YJ.
