OMG a Disco in the XJ forum :)

After 15 years with XJ/WJ I decided to try the Queen's SUV :)
It's a 1998 Discovery 300Tdi, moving from the WJ's V8 4.7 to that Tdi makes you wonder where did they hide the engine, you step on the...

Re: Control Arms drop kit for 3.5"?

    Hi,

I'm using the RE super flex springs.
I think the issue is the geometry of the control arms rather than the springs, isn't it?

Control Arms drop kit for 3.5"?

    Hi,

I have a RE 3.5" super flex on my XJ for few years now.
I'm not sure if I'm getting old or the Jeep does ;) (pretty sure it is me...) but I would be happy to have some smoother ride.

There is a limited space where we can sleep (you can not just open your tent anywhere you want in the nature here, there are special places for that, this is one of them)
    We put the tents/cars close...

    Re: Droopy Headliner?

While you are there... replace the visors fiber as well. it is 10 minutes of work for each one of them.
That way, you will have a perfect match.

Yes, the roof rack works great and the silt was "kind of slick" - actually, it is a very scary one... (you can see in the background of the video, how many times my daughter falls and so is my wife...

During the winter there are few days of rain there, yes.
I guess that is enough for that kind of trees.

Do you mean where in Israel?
The pictures were taken in the Arod river (yes, I know, no water there :) )
    Tzinifim river and "Zik"

Re: Does you Cherokee drive goofy?

Not sure about being "goofy" but my XJ feels like a Jeep on the road.
Driving our other car (Peguet 307) is much more calm and easy.
