Other than the size and tubes the baby looks very healthy with good color. I hope the long term prognosis is as good as the baby looks.

I hate to hear this. Keep spirits up and hope for the best. I bet it's still going to turn out okay, you'll just have to keep calm and trust the man upstairs.

The first baby is always the scariest. You have a high likelihood that everything is, or will be, just fine.
