I don't like the clip either but suffered it. I just ordered a nite ize case from amazon. Thanks for the tip.

I use an otterbox defender. It's big and clunky but does a good job. I usually clip it to my belt. My chief smartphone killer seems to be water. I dropped one in the lake, never to be seen again. and...
