I just tried to make it to Philbrook today to go kayaking and the road is closed, something about snow runoff erosion control type stuff?? Im not sure exactly, I only made it as far as Stirling City...

My favorite spot to forget reality.
Philbrook reservoir in the foothills of Norcal.
I try to get up there at least 2 weekends a month in the summer. Small, quiet and pretty much still a "locals"...
