Ahh..so that's what mysteriously raised the bumper for me. I thought someone was behind me lending me a hand.....
Just drop 3 pills in 1 oz of water and blend. Drink half of it and leave the other half for the tool. Careful with the 'reaction'.

This bolt has those tricky nuts on the other side that fooled us earlier. We will need the same size open end wrench to
overcome troublemaker..
