Looks like a good solution. Thanks for sharing.
Bolt on is fine but weld on is a lot better.
Nice rig. I have a 4.5" lift also with 31inch ironman tires. I'm planning to fit 33's in the future and probably re-gear.
I run 33-inch tires with 3:55's and stock shafts. Have no problems so far.
I have a Lotos LPT5000d. Cheap and reliable.
It is better to have a winch especially if you are planning to do some serious off-roading.
My first time to see a paracore cover. It can be a good alternative to expensive leather steering covers.
Looks like you're having fun with your rig! That umbrella is a neat idea.
Interesting project. Any update on it?
Had the same issue. I bled the brakes well enough and I replaced the brake lines.
Nice looking XJ. You did an awesome job! Btw, the JLU looks really nice also.
My XJ still has the original exhaust manifold and no signs of cracking whatsoever.
For clearcoat failure, repainting is the most effective and permanent solution though pricey.
Looks great. It is worth the cost and effort.
Detours Offroad has bumpers for the XJ also.
I've ordered a few parts from wholesalemopar. They have some good pricing also.
I always like the wood grain but that diamond plate looks nice also.
I like the ZJ wheels. I think those are limited edition.
A bit old thread, but I'm curious where did you get your mounting bracket for the above the windshield.
Great work! Your bumper looks like an aftermarket one. How I wish I'm good in fabbing also.
Nice wheel/tire combo! I also like the stance of your XJ.
Another vote for OME. A bit pricey yet can improve ride handling and quality.
My fave mods are front/rear lockers and sway bar quick disconnect.
Looks good. How's the quality of those flares?
