You are measuring camber. Castor goes the length of the Jeep. You should have a that 5* tilted toward the back

If you reduce the castor it will give you more tendency for death wobble. The castor, tilting the axle back, puts pressure on the tires to want to be toed in. Just think about tilting...

It looks like you might have some castor there, but it is hard to tell in your pic. It is too bad they did not check it when they aligned it. The right castor will fix a lot of things.
