  1. Re: WTB-GOOD/new/rebuilt steering box, 2"spacers

Hmm. Yeah I was just reading an install of one on a search I did. It says '99 v8 non snowplow. So that's the only one? I plan on replacing hardware and spacer, is a brace a good addition or overkill?...
  2. Re: WTB-GOOD/new/rebuilt steering box, 2"spacers

I see. So the box doesn't have to be removed to inspect it properly then?

  11. Any height/rating difference in OEM springs?

Okay. I'm sick of chasing one problem after another post Rough Country 3" AAL lift install. So I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on going back oem. I have an 01 limited and am chasing the best...

    Sticky: Re: The overheating thread

No ,but I'm sure it's too hot on the restart and causing the heat soak with the injector. If I pop the hood and leave it wide open after shut down it doesn't do the shudder on restart. Sometimes...

Gotcha thanks. I'm going to try it I think. Mine works within parameters of normal, but has the #3 injector vapor lock issue when outside temps are above 80 and I run the AC. When I restart it...

    Re: Heat soak/misfire

From what I've gathered it's actually just the #3 injector and the TSB part just covers from the injector to the intake so not sure a rail fix would help. Now a fan timer and hood vents might just...

    Re: Heat soak/misfire

Yeah. The heat soak issue that the TSB refers to is one that affects the #3 injector on the '99 and up. Mine shows up when the temp humidity is high and I'm running tfe AC. When I shut it off and...

Re: Sorting out post lift steering issue.

Yeah. Mine is an 01 and it seems VERY finicky about steering, ride, and vibes. I thought 3" would be mild enough not to have all these issues. Now I've had to add the lower control/radius? Arms,...
