not any worse than a big ass winch bumper on the front to kill an approach angle. Not real sure what damn difference approach angle would make if it is a mudder....rather than a crawler.

Take the subframe off... and bolt the thing to the front bumper. Could use some spacers if needed if it doesn't mount up to the bumper just right.
