    Re: AC condensation leak

Yes. You can see where it goes through the fire wall from under the hood and from the bottom of the housing inside

    Re: AC condensation leak

OK, yes there is a drain that can plug. There is a small rubber tube the comes from the bottom of the AC housing and goes through the firewall. Pull it, clean it and you should be good to go.

    Re: AC condensation leak

I hope you know for sure you have a condenser leak. You have to pull the dash on a 93 to get to it. How did you determine you have a leak there?

Cool. My Fluke meters don't do direct current, only alternating current

    Re: Current draw idling XJ

I don't know for sure, but my system draws about 60 amps. That is why most alternators on modern engines without all the new goodies are sized at 90. And it is just getting worse

Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

I am really pleased with the brakes. They have changed the design on the modern ones, and they work much better even if they were the same size as now.

    Re: Project: "Rigor Mortis"

I am afraid that 4.3 is dead now. Can't start it and I am not going to buy another set of injectors that will last only a month. Time to update.

Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

I was going off diameter of the rotors, 13" vs 11" fronts and size of pads and assuming same master cylinder pressure, however I am running a ZJ dual diaphram booster

Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

The WJ brakes are about 50% more stopping power than the XJ brakes. Larger rotors and brake pads

Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

You can run as many pistons as you want. But your brake system needs to be balanced to about 60 - 40 or 70 - 30. The brakes I am using are already balanced so I used those.

Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

Denver, I am using the stock Grand Cherokee MC. Currently running dual piston calipers and single piston on rear from a WJ. The disc brake pistons require less fluid than drum brakes
